While the information contained within the site is periodically updated, no guarantee is given that the information provided in the website is correct, complete, and up-to-date.
Although the Handle With Love website may include links providing direct access to other internet resources, including websites, Handle With Love is not responsible for the accuracy or content of information contained in these sites.
Links from Handle With Love to third-party sites do not constitute an endorsement by Handle With Love of the parties or their products and services. The appearance on the website of advertisements and product or service information does not constitute an endorsement by Handle With Love, and Handle With Love has not investigated the claims made by any advertiser. Product information is based solely on material received from suppliers.

REFUNDS
All care packages and/or individual product sales are final. Your health is important to us and because of this, and for sanitary reasons, we cannot take any product back or resell them. We also do not offer any type of product exchanges. Products are sold by volumes shown (unless otherwise noted).
We take the responsibility of your health hygiene and safety requirements very seriously. Due to the ingredients of our products, we suggest that you follow all care guidelines outlined on the website for each individual product.
Handle With Love is not responsible for any use of the products outside their intended use, as described on our website.
Return of a product, claim for a refund, a credit or a replacement product to be sent out, may only be considered because of one of the following reasons:
- You received the wrong product.
- Your product was damaged in transit by the courier company.
Refunds will not be given if you have changed your mind.
CANCELLATIONS
To cancel an order, please send an email detailing the transaction to handlewithlove.nz@gmail.com
If the order has not been shipped we will immediately cancel it with no penalty. If the order has been shipped, unfortunately you will incur the cost i.e., no refund will be made.
DELIVERY | SHIPPING
Handle With Love currently only delivers within Aotearoa | New Zealand. There are no overseas shipping options currently available.
We work hard to dispatch all orders as quickly as we can, once they come in. Often it is within 48 hours of receiving the order. Orders received over the weekend or during public holidays will be dispatched when we re-open for business i.e., the next business day.
Orders are dispatched in the sequence they are received. During peak volume times like Christmas, Valentines Day and Mother's Day, please allow at least 7-10 working days for dispatch and delivery of your stock, as couriers are typically slower due to increased volume. Usually, most items should arrive within 5-7 working days.
Bank deposit orders will not be shipped until the money is shown in our account.
Handle With Love delivers to most major areas of New Zealand by courier. A delivery is interpreted as an attempted delivery by our chosen courier company. We do not accept liability for any delay in the event there if the courier company loses the shipment, there is no one to receive the delivery at the provided address given to us.
You may or may not be asked for a signature on delivery. Deliveries will not be left if no-one is home so please make sure you write that in the special instructions. If you do want your package left if no-one is home, please make sure you have a safe and secure place for your package to be left. If redelivery is attempted, you may be charged a second delivery fee.
We are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes, however if you lie in a smaller rural town and items are usually delivered to the Post Office or central pick up point, please provide the physical address for this.
All items purchased from Handle With Love are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Shipping charges are calculated separately upon checkout. Bulk orders may incur additional costs.
ORDERING AND PRICING
The products offered are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at anytime. We reserve the right to reuse to accept an order request in whole or in part. We will process your order once we have received your payment in full. An email confirmation of our acceptance of the order will be forwarded to you.
The prices quoted are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD). Prices are for internet/online orders only and are subject to change at any time without notification. We do not offer rainchecks on out of stock items.
